A popular meeting place for a cozy gathering can be found in our fireplace room. But our beautiful rooms with the well-kept hospitality are also very suitable for celebrations. We provide advice and assistance to you at any time.

20 years of heathland sheep breeding

For 20 years now, our family has been breeding heathland sheep in the Vogelsberg. We started with 20 sheep, and to this day we have a herd of over 500 animals, which are lovingly reared by our family. Because the meat of the heathland sheep with its wild game like taste is becoming more popular, we would like to take the occasion to introduce you to this specialty.

The meat of the heathland sheep has wild characteristics, it is dark and low-fat, but there is no comparison with lamb meat. It is biological perfect, suitable as a diet food and also healthy and very palatable.
